Bellator Learning Studio

Courses offered:

Students at Bellator Learning Studio will build quality relationships with one another while exploring the core subjects of a solid education.

Core Subjects:

History

Textbooks, projects, discussions, and presentations will guide students’ learning. Mastery of content, as demonstrated through student projects, will determine a student’s grade.

Literature

Families will be encouraged to read all literature aloud to stimulate conversations and a shared culture in literature. Projects and quality of participation in Socratic discussions will determine a student’s grade.

Math

Students progress at their own pace. When students demonstrate mastery of a unit (70% or better on an assessment), they may move to the next unit of study. Classes are offered for Pre-algebra – Advanced Calculus.

Science

Students will explore STEM and physics concepts through inquiry-based learning that emphasizes experimentation, problem-solving, and real-world applications. Through hands-on labs and collaborative activities, they will apply mathematical reasoning, technology, and engineering principles to understand fundamental physical laws such as motion, energy, forces, and waves, while developing critical thinking, data analysis skills, and a deeper appreciation for how science and technology shape the modern world.

Writing

Students will learn the art and mechanics of writing through in-class instruction, sharing ideas with classmates, and submitting papers for critique by a teacher. Successful completion of writing checklists will determine a student's grade.

Art

Students will explore a variety of artistic techniques in a non-threatening environment that teaches students that art is both fun and enriching.

French

Students will use textbooks and workbooks in addition to video conversations of native speakers to learn the basics of the French language and correct pronunciation. Students will complete homework and assessments to keep track of their progress throughout the course.

Personal Fitness

Students will learn the fundamental movements of personal fitness using bodyweight exercises, cardiovascular exercises, combination movements, and weightlifting. We can honor God by stewarding our bodies well to serve God and others.

Tuition and Fees:

  • Application - $100

  • Registration - $500​​​

  • Tuition for core subjects - $3,000

  • Total for core subjects - $3,600

  • Additional electives are $600 per course.

  • Additional fee of $200 for Physics Lab.
